We may update the site or remove content without notice.

3. Service Agreements

Any RCM or BPO service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between Vynetics Healthcare and the client.
This includes:

  • Service scope
  • Pricing
  • Billing
  • Delivery expectations
  • Confidentiality
  • Compliance requirements
  • Termination terms

Website content does not replace the official service contract.

4. HIPAA Compliance

For RCM work involving Protected Health Information (PHI), we follow HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

This includes:

  • Secure access systems
  • VPN and multi-factor authentication
  • Role-based permissions
  • Zero-download PHI policy
  • No sharing, printing or storing PHI
  • Mandatory HIPAA training for all staff
  • Signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each client

PHI is never stored on this website.

5. Confidentiality

We protect all information you share with us during service delivery.
We will not disclose business information or PHI unless:

  • Required by law
  • Requested by the client
  • Stated in a service agreement
  • Necessary for compliance or security

We expect the same confidentiality from clients.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, design, brand name, graphics and layout—is owned by Vynetics Healthcare.

You may not:

7. Payments and Fees (For Clients)

Payment terms are defined in the client’s service agreement.
Failure to make payments on time may result in:

  • Service interruption
  • Additional fees
  • Termination of contract

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vynetics Healthcare is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data outside our control
  • Errors caused by client systems or third-party software
  • Service interruptions due to internet or vendor outages
  • Financial loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Third-Party Systems

Our services may use third-party platforms like:

  • EHR/PMS systems
  • Clearinghouses
  • Communication tools

We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance
  • Their downtime
  • Their security issues
  • Their accuracy of data

Clients must provide legal access credentials.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as defined in the contract.
Upon termination:

  • Access to client systems is removed
  • All PHI is deleted or returned as required
  • Outstanding invoices must be cleared

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of India.
Service agreements involving US clients follow the terms stated in the Business Associate Agreement and project contract.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
